This page displays each result as a video, so the
temporal effect and the behavior at unseen viewpoints can be seen. Sections follow the
figures of the paper, and within each one every result is shown as the reference video
alongside views of the temporal 3D results. All clips loop.
DynaMesh carries a video’s evolving effect onto a 3D object as a texture that changes over time.

Comparison on a mesh with thin separated parts.
Every method on an object whose parts are thin and separated. The baselines that build their own geometry lose the leaves, so their effect is carried on a shape that is no longer the input one, whereas our method changes only appearance and keeps the underlying geometry the same.

Continuing an effect across clips.
A second reference video, generated from the last frame of the first, continues the same effect, so a progression that does not fit in one clip can be carried across several. The cracks spread over the metal unicorn in the first clip and heat to glowing amber in the second.

Failure case.
The cobalt pattern is defined by the global arrangement of its lines, not only by local flowers, so it comes out as intended at the supervised view but loses that arrangement at the unseen one.
